First of all, I'm SICK.

Been sick for three days now and I wasn't even able to take the quarterly exams.

So much for enjoying my weekend not worrying about school. (>-<)

And I'd like to say sorry to my blog (again) for being neglected.

I have been preoccupied with reading He's Dedicated to Roses and Boarding House of Hunks that I didn't have much time to blog anymore. Oh, yeah, those titles are manwha or Korean manga. Both of them were made by Hwang Mi Ri and they're just loveee.(>w<)

Another reason for not attending to my blog was because I finally made a new devianART account and have been posting there a whole lot. I'll keep my account a secret for now. (^-^)


Oh, yeah. Got some awards from my friends! The "Oh, So Lovely Blog Award" from Aehlyn-neesan and "The Cute Adorable Cookie Award" from Tricia. Thanks, guys. You're the best! (^o^)

It's so early in the morning, yet I am online and blogging.

Well, I'll be signing out in a little while anyway, since I'm meeting up with some of my friends and groupmates for another practice. We're going to do a play called, Mga Laurang Sinusian. I haven't read the script yet, but man it's long!

I don't have a role in the play since there are only four characters and there are 13 of us in the group. Our teacher said the others can be in charge of the stage, sound effects and props. I hope we do a good job. (^-^)

Oh, yeah. We have a new cat! The cat was actually our neighbor's cat but I think they left him when they decided to move out. Since nobody was there anymore, the cat kept coming to our house. Giving up, Mom agreed to take it in.

So this is what he looks like. An orange-y cat whom I decided to call Peach, but most of the time, Peachy.




The first picture was taken by Dad last night. He actually has lime green eyes, but it looked gold in his shot; probably because of the flash.

Next three pictures were taken by me. It was hard because he's so clingy. I can't make him stay still for two seconds because he keeps walking to me whenever I move back to take a picture. He likes being cuddled so I had to touch him while taking shots so he wouldn't move.

Sweet kitty, I know. October 16 officially marks the day of his birthday. (^-^)

On a related note, I'm trying to become more active in Pet Society again.

I bought new clothes for Caramel and I'm so loving her fab look right now. I want shades like hers. I'ma go force my Dad to by me a pair. *evil laugh*

Lookie this! A Harvest Moon doodle!

And, for me, when I say doodle, it means a careless drawing I've done during my free time because of boredom. Something drawn regardless of how bad it looks.

So I was recently watching some YouTube videos of Harvest Moon (my most favorite game series EVER) and tried doodling some heads of some guys.

So from left we have:

Kai (Back to Nature) - I made his hair longer. Longer hair is cooler.
Gray (Back to Nature) - I have a problem drawing hats so his hat looks weird.
Doctor (Back to Nature) - I nearly forgot the circle thingy on his head. (^-^)
Jack (MAIN GUY CHARACTER) - Had fun drawing his hair under his cap.
Rick Back to Nature) - Hate this the most. Looks weird. Shouldn't have added the glasses, but oh, well.
Cliff (Back to Nature) - Messy hair.
Skye (DS: Cute) - I LOVE HIM SO MUCH. ♥♥♥
Chase (Tree of Tranquility) - Making the pin on his hair a cross was a mistake. Still, I like it. (^-^)
Kurt (Magical Melody) - Made his hair a little too high and spiky. (^-^)"
Gill (Tree of Tranquility) - Until now I'm still amused by the hair that sticks up at the top of his head.
Jamie (Magical Melody) - Drew him without the hat. The hat was too big to draw so I removed it.

I can't draw anime faces all that well, so when I'm doodling, I like it when I don't draw the facial features. Just the nose and maybe the mouth--usually just the nose.

Too embarrassing to make it any bigger so bear with it. (^o^)

I would've also drawn Vaughn (Island of Happiness), Dan (Magical Melody), Will (Sunshine Islands) and lots more, but I ran out of space. Next time when I feel like it, I'll draw them.

Oh, yeah, I changed my song to Fly with Me by the Jonas Brothers. I never thought the day would come that I would fall in love with a certain Jo-Bro song.

I didn't like this song at first. I've never really been into Jo-Bro songs. I mean, I listen to them, but there're no more reasons for me to play their song again. However, when I finally got the chance to watch the full music video (with lyrics) of Fly with Me on Myx, this line caught my attention:

If we chase the stars to lose our shadow
Peter Pan and Wendy turned out fine
So won't you fly with me?
I, being a Peter Pan fan, instantly realized how awesome this song was. And yeah, I currently have a bad case of the LSS (Last Song Syndrome). (>w<) Our play in Health turned out okay. My role wasn't all that big, so I became mostly in charge of the sounds and lights. Since I was the only one to bring a camera, we took a few photos.

Don't ask me why my expression's like that. Though, if I remember correctly, when I was about to be taken a picture of that time, I made that silly pose and snap went the camera.

I took a picture of this picture that's why it's a bit blurry, so I decided to make it smaller. I would've scanned it, but I was too lazy to assemble the scanner so I just used the camera.

Why did I post that?

Well, I did it just because I wanted to. Comparing it to our village that previously submerged in the muddy flood, the clean (sorta), blue swimming pool I was in on is much better. I don't exactly recall which place this was. Maybe Splash Island? Well, who knows. (^-^)

Well, going back to reality, nothing to share yet except that we have this short play in Health class tomorrow. It'll be about the effects of drugs to teenagers.

Then we'll have to practice for our dance in PE after that. We'll be doing Swing and my partner, Peter, will be coming up with the steps for the whole dance number. And since I'm his partner, I'll be learning it first before we teach it to three more pairs who are also our groupmates.

Two weeks without the internet and there are just so much to tell. I didn't feel comfortable at all blogging in internet cafes so I just waited until we had our internet back.

I'll now blog about my vacation at my Aunt and Uncle's house.

I wasn't gonna stay at my house looking like a waste dump, so the next day after the flood incident, I begged Mom that I go to my Aunt's house until it's finally okay for me to go back home. She agreed, and together with my Granny we went there.

I'm took lazy to tell which certain day of the week this happened. But I know you all get that it happened in different days, considering I'm wearing different outfits. (^-^)

You know when you go to a certain house and you don't know where the light switch is? Well, their house had so many light switches and it took me four days to get used to them. The picture up here is the light switch for the bathroom. And the next one is a shot of my super cute Havaianas slippers. (^o^)


The TV. Was watching Garfield The Movie on JackTV. It was good they had cable--at least I wasn't that bored. Next to the TV picture was the rocking couch which I always sat on in the room.

I was playing with lighting again. It was around one o'clock in the morning when I took this. I couldn't sleep and took a picture of my sorta almost "invisible" phone. I love my wallpaper so much! It's Motorola, set to Silent, and yes, I'm a Globe user. (^-^)


Was drinking Chuckie in the room while watching the VMA Awards on MTV and drank Hershey's Cookies n' Creme Milk Drink after eating dinner. The white thing on the left side is the remote. Just sharing. *laughs*


Look at this neat 'ol Blackberry my aunt let me play with during my stay there. It's an old version but it still looks cool. It's hard to handle at first, but eventually, you'll get used to it.


Last, but not the least, late birthday present from both my Aunt and Uncle. They thought I needed new slippers considering my old ones were ruined by the flood. They weren't sure what color I wanted so they went with white just to be safe. Thanks so much! (^o^)

I had to go back home Sunday evening because we still had classes the next day. I didn't even think I was able to go to school then because I got home by 1am and still couldn't even sleep. Well, because Mom was so persistent, I was forced to. I was late, but nobody scolded me because they knew about my situation.

I was very grateful that my Aunt and Uncle took me in. I'm looking forward to visiting again. (^-^)

The past week was probably one of the craziest weeks of my life. I wasn't able to go online for almost two weeks because of the recent Typhoon Ondoy that hit Philippines, which caused massive destruction in various parts of the country.

I was one of those who were affected badly of that incident, but I am glad to report that all of us are alive and well and we're, little by little, recovering.

Well, before I move on with my experience with that, let me just first say a big and super late thank you to everybody who greeted me and gave me gifts on my birthday last September 19. I still had the draft I made from two weeks ago and I didn't want it to go to waste so I just posted it anyways. (^-^)

TYPHOON ONDOY gave me an experience I'll never forget.

For the first time ever, the flood reached the second floor of our house. Since our village was located in a low area, and the rain was nonstop, the flood kept going and going.

It struck us at around seven in the morning onwards.

Because the flood was already so high, we had to get up to the roof, where we stayed there from 3pm to at around 12 midnight. From up the roof, it was like a massive sea. We just stayed up the roof, waiting for the flood to subside.

The next day, after the flood finally went down, you could only imagine what our house looked like. It was worse than just a mess. Everything got wet, beds, clothes, appliances, almost everything.

Major cleaning had to be done.

And because of that, my parents sent my Granny and myself to my Aunt and Uncle's house to stay while my parents, plus my other aunt, were cleaning the house.

When my Aunt and Uncle finally came to pick me up, this was what surprised me when I got outside the house.




At a certain part of the road, piles of cars blocked the driveway. Almost 30 cars all piled up and destroyed, approximately three meters high. Yes, very shocking seeing it in real life.

What's more, it was not only our village that got affected by typhoon, but others as well. I pray for all those people who had to struggle for their lives because of this.

As for me, though, don't fret. I'm doing very well. Our house is slowly, but finally starting to turn back to normal--without my help because I was too busy pampering myself at my Aunt and Uncle's house for the whole one week vacation. *laughs* (>w<)

My Grandma in Laguna sent us money to buy new stuff--stuff like washing machines and all that. Thanks so much who kept in touch with me in this blog. I really appreciate it that you missed me.

I'm back for good. (^-^)

THE PRINCESS.The real name's Nicole Anne Casimiro. People call me Nikki, Niks, or Nic, but in the cyberworld, I'm usually known as Nikki-chan. I'm not your everyday average Princess and my palace is located in the Philippines where I live. I blow my candles out on September 19 so don't forget to send me gifts! Anything cute, fun and creative is fine with me! I'm a full Filipina with maybe 1/4 Chinese blood running in my veins. I'm actually an only child, living with my Mom, Dad and Granny.

THE REAL ME. I'm pretty much a pampered princess, being an only child. Housework has never been in my list of things to do and I can cry over the silliest things. Somehow I think I'm too sensitive about everything around me, which causes me to ponder about stuff I'm not really supposed to. I have a selfish side to me and I think my being an only child has caused that--not being used to sharing stuff with anybody and having everything all to myself. Still, I can be generous when really needed and all in all, I can say I'm a pretty reliable and trustworthy person. Sometimes my comments are out of place and I get overwhelmed by the simplest things but I know I love being me and no one else.

HOBBIES. I spend most of my time in front of the computer, internet-surfing, blogging, Photoshopping, chatting and all that jazz. I have a passion for writing any form of literature and taking pictures of anything I see. I have a weird hobby of collecting stuff--unused notebooks, stationaries, charms, pictures, or any cute things. Listening to music has always been a part of me and whenever I'm not in front of the computer, I find myself doodling or writing random things in my little notebook.

LOVES. I specifically love everything about Japan--anime, fashion, language, calligraphy, games, movie, dramas--you name it. Good photography also catches my eye, which inspires me to practice being a good photographer. Taylor Swift is the only singer I have totally taken interest in because not only does she have an innocent image, her song lyrics really sink to your soul. Anime and manga are really awesome and that's pretty much where I get my inspiration for stories from. I like romantic-comedies with a pinch of drama in what anything I watch. Chocolate really does put a smile on my face, specifically Hershey's, Toblerone, Van Houten, Cadburry, Cloud 9 and Ferrero Rocher. Oh, yeah. How can I forget about Starbucks? Chocolate Frappucino is love!

HATES. Copy-cats and plagiarists are definitely at the top of my hate list. I mean, anybody who copies somebody without permission can be considered a thief. I have been a victim of those so-called copy-cats for countless times and I think they should just get a life. Originality, is that so hard to come up with? Liars, the second on my list, are real hypocrites. I know everybody lies, but people who lie for the wrong reasons really gets on my nerves. I hate it when people keep secrets from me, especially if they're my real friends. I throw a fit everytime I get bossed around. I don't like being told off when I know I'm right. I think cockroaches should be extinct together with the dinosaurs. Ghosts and horror stories prevent me from having a decent sleep every night, which is why I also hate them. And lastly, veggies are my worst enemy, so don't even dare try making me eat those things.

I still had the draft I made from two weeks ago and I didn't want it to go to waste so I just posted it anyways. (^-^)

TYPHOON ONDOY gave me an experience I'll never forget.

For the first time ever, the flood reached the second floor of our house. Since our village was located in a low area, and the rain was nonstop, the flood kept going and going.

It struck us at around seven in the morning onwards.

Because the flood was already so high, we had to get up to the roof, where we stayed there from 3pm to at around 12 midnight. From up the roof, it was like a massive sea. We just stayed up the roof, waiting for the flood to subside.

The next day, after the flood finally went down, you could only imagine what our house looked like. It was worse than just a mess. Everything got wet, beds, clothes, appliances, almost everything.

Major cleaning had to be done.

And because of that, my parents sent my Granny and myself to my Aunt and Uncle's house to stay while my parents, plus my other aunt, were cleaning the house.

When my Aunt and Uncle finally came to pick me up, this was what surprised me when I got outside the house.




At a certain part of the road, piles of cars blocked the driveway. Almost 30 cars all piled up and destroyed, approximately three meters high. Yes, very shocking seeing it in real life.

What's more, it was not only our village that got affected by typhoon, but others as well. I pray for all those people who had to struggle for their lives because of this.

As for me, though, don't fret. I'm doing very well. Our house is slowly, but finally starting to turn back to normal--without my help because I was too busy pampering myself at my Aunt and Uncle's house for the whole one week vacation. *laughs* (>w<)

My Grandma in Laguna sent us money to buy new stuff--stuff like washing machines and all that. Thanks so much who kept in touch with me in this blog. I really appreciate it that you missed me.

I'm back for good. (^-^)
